摘要 本文对厦门海沧举人第的建筑结构、构件、材料等进行系统性梳理，运用信息化测绘技术和 HBIM 技术，建设 历史建筑构件族库及 HBIM 建筑信息模型。基于 HBIM 对举人第的历史信息、现状残损信息进行记录管理和可视化分 析；基于二次开发插件记录修缮施工的分阶段信息。研究对多元点云数据的融合技术路线具有探索性意义，对闽南近 代建筑遗产构件族库的建构与在修缮设计中的实际应用具有基础性价值。

Abstract This paper systematically combs the architectural structure, components, materials, etc. of Xiamen Haicang, and  uses the information surveying and mapping technology and HBIM technology to build a family library of historical building  components and HBIM building information model. Based on HBIM, record management and visual analysis are carried out  for the historical information, current status and damaged information of Jurendi; Record the phased information of repair  construction based on the secondary development plug-in. The research on the technical route of multi point cloud data fusion  is of exploratory significance, and has fundamental value for the construction of the family librar y of modern architectural  heritage components in southern Fujian and its practical application in repair design.
